About the Event

The session will review the meal planning and prep process, step by step. The following topics will be covered:

  • To plan meals, what to eat, and how to make food choices

  • How to determine carb/protein/fat ratios

  • Suggest healthy food choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks

  • Create a seven-day meal plan, grocery list, and suggested recipes

  • Q&A session at the end of class with Coach Cera

Zoom sessions will be recorded and available to participants to keep (including class notes)
