I am 28 years old nursing school student. I am vegan/vegetarian, working towards loving myself unconditionally. I love Jesus! I love breaking a sweat - indoors or outdoors. My favorite workouts include weightlifting and running! I love motivating women to love themselves unconditionally despite any despair they have had in life! I always have a smile on my face. I love helping people come up with workout plans, healthy eating habits, and just self-love in general.

I am inspired by positive transformation. I want to live a long healthy and active life, encouraging others to radiate positive energy. ZURI Healthy Living motivates me to maintain a healthy diet and stay active. ZURI motivated me to eat healthy and stay active. My energy level increased significantly and I went form a size 14 to 6! I am now an avid hiker. I completed the Tuscon-Phoenix Century Mile, the Sedona half-marathon, two triathlons an dI hiked the Grand Canyon!

I am a champion for health and wellness; motivating myself and others to be physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially healthy. My ZURI family is a blessing as I journey towards my wellness goals. I am grateful for the strong ZURI community and Coach Cera who inspire me to become the best version of myself!

I am a mother of one who incorporates toddler playtime in my workouts. I am an avid runner who believes that you don’t have to go fast to run a race but you just have to put one foot in front of the other. I believe in starting small and consistency births healthy results. As for food, moderation is key because bread is life!

We always hear people say that being healthy is a lifestyle but it is also a mindset as well. So often we have so much information of what we need to in order to attain a certain goal, but I have quickly learned that everyone has their own individual journey to being the best version of themselves. Find what works for you and be consistent. You are your own biggest cheer leader. Team ZURI is here to cheer you on.

As I am getting older and wiser, I am becoming more intentional about living passionatley and loving generously. I find that this works for me mentally, physically and emotionally and [surprisingly] results in good health 🙂 I enjoy Art, traveling, specifically to historical sites and cities, and watching documentaries. I am a wife and a mother of two little girls.
