Imagine a weekend with your besties! Something amazing happens in Sedona. We all feel like we have known each other forever.  It’s all about FOOD, FRIENDS, FITNESS, and FAITH! Our guest speakers cover topics and practical advice to unleash the HEALTHIEST YOU!

  • Check-in begins on Wednesday, 02/04/2026, at Val Vista Ridge Sedona. 

  • Team activities,  workshops. and breakout sessions on Thursday and Friday. 

  • Sedona RUN on Saturday (5K, 10K, or half-marathon)!

  • Celebration dinner and award ceremony on  Saturday night.

  • Sunday brunch, worship, photo sessions, and group tours!

  • Check out on Monday by 11 AM
